I'm a big fan of gratitude. I'm a Mindset Coach and when people ask me what is one thing I can do to improve my mindset, my answer has to be focus on gratitude. It's such a massive shift in how we see the world.

To get beyond rote gratitude, sometimes our family will keep naming what we are grateful for until the pauses get longer and we are digging deep. That’s when the most profound gratitude happens.
