I know we have to protect our mental space but our physical space is important too ie our homes. Something I’m working on is Spring cleaning, decorating, and replace furniture.

Great article . Everything there helped me journey from rock bottom, to a life full of the little things I am grateful for and the big changes that I made one step at a time. It’s not the easy path and it’s tough and often overwhelming but worth every step I take

Nice, I always do the triple spear of protection. Letting only the higher good able to enter.

This felt like a wake-up call in the gentlest possible way. I’ve been treating my energy like it’s endless, then wondering why I’m burned out. The “joy snack” idea really stuck with me—so simple, yet I never think to do it. Thank you for making protection feel like empowerment instead of withdrawal. Needed this today.
